Can I import my Help Scout data?
Partly. Help Scout exports conversations, customers, and Docs articles as CSV. Customer records import directly into Chattypie. Conversations and Docs articles have no automated importer yet, so those are a manual migration we help with rather than a one-click job.
Will my team's email shortcuts and workflows transfer?
Most concepts map directly: tags, folders, saved replies, and assignment all exist in Chattypie. The keyboard shortcuts are different, so we publish a quick cheat-sheet for switchers.
Is the AI agent intrusive to my support flow?
Configurable. By default the AI agent only auto-replies when its confidence is high; otherwise it suggests responses to the human agent for one-click send. You can also disable it entirely on specific inboxes.
